Time flies, and it flies especially fast in cyberspace. 21 months ago, Singaporeans questioned the need for our government ministers to raise their world-class salaries to even greater highs, and Lee Kuan Yew replied indignantly as follows:"You know, the cure for all this talk is really a good dose of incompetent government.
